Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Bello Pets. This policy explains how and when your order is processed and delivered.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another notification once it ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 have shipping calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery within the United States: 7–15 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, high demand, or weather.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at juliobello.virada906@gmail.com with photos and we will make it right. Bello Pets is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing.
